FRONT DESK ASSISTANT, Coraopolis Clinic

Part-time, approximately 21 to 25 hours per week

Are you teachable, friendly, engaging, a good listener, good with communicating on the phone, experienced with using computer programs, helping others, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting?  The Front Desk Assistant is responsible for answering phones, making appointments, filing paperwork, and relaying necessary information about clients and appointments to appropriate staff members.  As a Front Desk Assistant for Choices, you will be part of a team that is working together to make a difference in people’s lives in a faith-based atmosphere.
